Tanks with several levels

Closed tank with two levels or more is used for fermentation and storage of wine and other food liquids. This version of the tank provides optimal usage of production spaces, is ideal for smaller productions. Each level of such tank is a separate tank with its own set of valves, manholes, etc.

But, many-level tanks at cost it is much more favorable than separate tanks of the same volumes.

High quality materials, and the thickness of stainless steel sheets will provide big stability during a long professional use of the tank.

All tanks are made of polished stainless steel that in turn makes the cleaning easier and sanitary processing from the inside and prevents the formation of deposits

Basic equipment includes:

  • Manhole 200mm
  • Conical bottom
  • Open legs
  • Breather valve
  • Plate for writing information on the tank
  • Support for ladder
  • Indicator of the level with a diameter of 16mm (open model)
  • Dismountable pipe for level indicator
  • Thermometer analog
  • Tap for sampling DN 15
  • Oval lower manhole
  • Cooling jacket – 0,5 m2/1 m3 tank.
  • Spherical tap DIN DN 32 for full discharge
  • Spherical tap DIN DN 32
  • Material AISI 304/BA (W.Nr.1.4301/IIId)
  • The internal part of the tank in contact with a product – polished
